You will eventually be able to choose different languages.

At the moment, just click the enter here button
Main Menu Screen

There is currently over 600 exercises available. You can choose filter criteria to limit the display of exercises.

The "About" button displays developer contact details.

The "Home" button displays the website (this appears very small on the Iphone).

You have two exercise display options - gallery or list.

You can save exercises to five slots. These can be accessed using the "My Saved Exercises" option.

Text Options
You can choose the text that is displayed for the exercises.

Filter Criteria
You can also choose the search criteria used to find exercises.

You can only choose one option for Condition, Age Category and Image Orientation. These options will be used to determine the most appropriate picture to display from the exercise.

Displays developer contact details.
Text To Display Screen

Allows you to select the text that is displayed for each exercise.
Filter Criteria Screen

These options allow you to limit the display of exercises.

You can only choose one option for Condition, Age Category and Image Orientation. These options will be used to determine the most appropriate picture to display from the exercise.
Exercise Gallery Screen

Displays all exercises in a gallery view, nine exercises at a time.

You can navigate using the First, Previous, Next and Last button.

Clicking the return button will take you back to the Main Menu screen.

Exercises that have been saved to a slot will show up with a star at the bottom of the image (in the example above, the top-left exercise has been saved to all five slots).

You can get more details on the exercise, by clicking the image.
Exercise Detail Screen

Displays the detail on the exercise, selectable from the gallery and list views.

You can scroll up and down to see more text using your finger.

You can add/remove an exercise by clicking the one to five buttons.

Clicking the question mark button will display details on how to save as well as the names allocated to the five save slots.

The text displays can be controlled from the Main Menu screen using the "Text To Display" option.
Exercise List Screen

Displays all exercises alphabetically grouped by the first letter of the exercise.

There is a index key to the right that allows you to jump to exercises.

You can scroll up and down to see more exercises using your finger.

Exercises that have been saved to a slot will show up with a star at the bottom of the image (in the example above, the topmost exercise has been saved to all five slots).

You can get more details on the exercise, by clicking the row.

Displays the five saved exercises slots with the slot name and number of exercises saved to the them.

You can see a list of the exercises, by clicking the row.

To name the slot, click the text box at the bottom of the screen.

Use the keyboard to name the slot and use the one to five buttons to save the name.

Once complete, click the Done button.
